The daily routine is now fully established and in full swing, with all swimmers on deck and raring to go at 6am
The training sessions have all been going really well and the swimmers have risen to all the challenges set , with really great performances all round
Land training (see below) is proving a popular part of the day, and everyone is looking forward to beach volleyball in one of the downtime sessions before the end of the week
Joe Collins was unfortunate to meet an in form Coach in the inaugural table tennis challenge (check out the topspin!)
Harvey Bannister was the second victim – straws are being drawn to determine who will face him next
The swimmers also managed to fit in some beach time today with the chaperones, and they have finally worked out how to access the limitless amounts of goodies on all-inclusive
This evening we had a quiz night, and with three hard training days behind us, and three days to go, for some, all their hard graft to date is definitely starting to show……..bless!
