We are delighted to announce the new BSSC coaching team that will be in place from 4^th March 2024.  Our new coaches will be introduced in more detail over the next few weeks, but for now please see the summary of the team.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Joe Collins for stepping in as acting Head Coach through Counties and to Laure Grattepanche for helping out with the club’s coaching needs at short notice.

Our new coaches bring an exceptional amount of new knowledge and experience to the club.  Their ambitions on introducing a new club structure, new training methods and an increased engagement with both our swimmers and parents will really allow the club to create a positive swimming community.  Working together will help maximise our swimmer’s potentials, whilst keeping it fun and enjoyable for everyone involved. 

We are also excited by the opportunities that having a larger coaching team presents, bringing much more depth and flexibility to do more events, training camps, galas and to offer a more personalised coaching experience.
