Welcome to the #BSSCStayAtHome virtual training and resources hub. We can’t be together in the pool right now, but that does not mean our swimmers cannot stay physically and mentally well and connected with each other. For this to work we need all members of our club to come together, make suggestions and support each other.
In this hub you will find information on:
- Land based training activities
- #BSSCStayAtHome Challenges
- #BSSCStayAtHome Live Sessions
- Online Resources
- Volunteer Training
If you have any questions please feel free to drop the Club an email.
As we provide new home training opportunities and challenges for our members, and share information about other resources available, we advise all our members (including parents of under 18s) to familiarise themselves with the following guidance.
Updates – 27 July 2020
We hope you’ve all had a good start to the summer holidays. We’re all eager to get back in the pool, but until that happens, we will continue to support you with land based activities whilst making preparations for our return to the water.
Land training sessions for Elites, Minimes, Seniors, Cadets and Benjamins continue this week and we are pleased to be adding a new session for Avenirs & Poussins. The schedule for all squads has changed, so please pay attention to your emails from Linda and Benoit, and don’t just turn up on your usual days. If the weather is bad, we will communicate information about wet weather Zoom sessions with one of our coaches.
All squads are still supported by Barry’s daily workout programmes, and the #BSSCStayAtHome team is still with you!
Stay safe, keep exercising and stay connected,
We will be updating this information regularly, but please also look out for other information being shared on our BSSC Members Only Facebook page.
