Cookies and Browser storage
We sometimes use your browser’s session storage so that when you return to a page you previously viewed, your place on that page can be restored for you. This happens for example when you have viewed a calendar event and you go back to the calendar to see that event’s month in full. Our contact forms necessarily collect some personal information, such as your name and email address. This information is used only to send an email to the selected club contact so that he/she is able to respond to your question. It is not stored and cannot be viewed by anyone else.

How long we retain your data
In general, we do not store information on this website about any of our visitors.
Some authorised club officers have accounts on this site, so we keep sufficient information about them to allow them to log in. When they no longer need access, we delete this information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
