All normal sessions will run until Sunday 21st December. After this, we’ll follow the schedule outlined below for the two week festive period.
I appreciate that many people go on holiday at this time of year however it’s a key period to maintain training if you’re competing in the Hertfordshire County Championships. If you are around, please try to attend the sessions, as they will greatly benefit your performance.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any land training due to the facilities available at the college. However, if you have a land training programme, we will look at adaptations to be completed during this period and I will inform you specifically about this after meeting with Craig this week.
