Organiser: Swim England Hertfordshire
Doors will open at 1:30pm with the warm-up commencing at 2pm. The female competitors will be first to warm-up which will begin at 2pm and end at 2:20pm; the male/open competitors’ warm-up will follow at 2:20pm and will end at 2:40pm. The competition will start promptly at 2:45pm.
The events will be 50m in all strokes and 100 Individual Medley for both Male/Open and Female. The
