In a blink of an eye it’s mid-May and it’s time to celebrate more club records! Brandon MacDonald-Williams has been adding to his collection in both April and May, breaking an 800m freestyle record that had been held by Nick Botha since 2018 and improving his own 1500m freestyle record. Emma Fields improved on the 100m butterfly record she’d set in March, whilst Noah Conroy broke the age 10-11 50m butterfly record that had been held by Max McCusker since 2010!
Congratulations to them all and we’ll be keeping a close eye on them all at the NUEL long course meet in July and Brandon & Emma at the Swim England National Summer Meet in August.
