Last weekend saw a brilliant performance from BSSC swimmers at City of Cambridge Swimming Club’s Grand Prix Meet from Friday 18th to Sunday 20th October.
The weekend saw some amazing results, including plenty of County Qualifying & Consideration and Winter Nationals times achieved, plus a massive 78% of races resulting in personal or seasonal best times.
BSSC swimmers also secured 25 top-three places: 8 gold, 9 silver and 8 bronze. This was really strong performance at a challenging, high-level meet and all swimmers should be incredibly proud of themselves.
Congratulations to Taras B, who was awarded second place ‘Top Boy’ in his age group (based on FINA points achieved over the weekend).
