In order to help with communication each squad has a coordinator. This is usually the parent of a swimmer in the squad.
Purpose of the Role
- To act as liaison between the Coaches and Parents/swimmers.
- To act as liaison between other Club representatives and Parents.
- To maintain an up to date list of squad members.
Key Tasks
- To forward any enquiries about joining the club to the membership secretary.
- To keep a record of all squad members and up date with new members when advised by membership secretary.
- To create a distribution list for emails.
- To send information to new squad members members as required by the coach.
- To communicate information to squad members when asked by a coach or other member of the club committee.
- To answer queries from parents, liase with coaches and others as necessary.
