Whilst in the 2021 national lockdown, no land based training activities are allowed. As lockdown restrictions are lessened and the British weather allows, we will be starting to arrange Land Training. Details will be emailed to squad members nearer the time.
Late summer 2020: small group face-to-face land training has now started for all squads from Avenirs to Elites. Please contact our membership secretary for details.
For those wishing to continue their home based routines, Coach Barry is continuing to supply targeted exercises that can be fitted into your daily routine.
