Coach Barry will be coordinating the Club led home fitness programme that includes:
- Warm up and Cool down routine examples
- An Exercise Test to benchmark your fitness and improvement at 4, 8, 12 weeks
- Weekly targeted exercises for all squads
- Other resources
If you are already settled into a routine with someone like Joe Wicks, then continue as it’s great fun and good exercise, but use the resources above to supplement your training.
